    Next Thursday, May 31, at 6:00 pm in the teaching building of MútuaTerrassa, a new edition of Thursday of Mutual will take place, under the title: "Give to receive." The donation of tissues: cornea, skin, bone,. . ", which will be in charge of Dr. Xavier Genís, head of the Donor Center (coordinating center of the BST), Dr. Elisabeth Navas, deputy physician of the UCI Service and Transplant Coordination and Mrs. Isabel Marín, Work Coordination Social of MútuaTerrassa.

    Communication course in the process of tissue donation

    Next Tuesday, May 29, the Communication Course in the process of tissue donation will take place at 10:00 a.m. in the MútuaTerrassa Teaching Building.

    This course is aimed at MútuaTerrassa, CST and Parc Taulí health professionals who will practice techniques on the keys in the donation interviews, both via telephone and in person.

    Conference Improving the treatment of type 2 diabetes: A commitment from everyone

    Next May 24, the Day Improving the treatment of type 2 diabetes will take place: A commitment of all, in two sessions, one in the morning and the other in the afternoon.

    The Digestive service of the HUMT prepares an accreditation workshop for the Intestinal Inflammatory Disease Units

    Next Friday, May 18, the service of the Digestive Device of HUMT has organized a workshop with the purpose of explaining the requirements that must be met in order to have an Intestinal Inflammatory Bowel Disease Unit (EII) accredited. This initiative was born as a result of the various requests received from professionals from other centers interested in knowing the particularities of this certification process.

    Countdown to the celebration of the XXIV MútuaTerrassa Nursing Prize

    Next Thursday, May 17 will be held the 24th edition of the MútuaTerrassa Nursing Prize, it has managed to gather a total of 24 works (3 more than last year). This year has been organized under the theme "Film nurses, Portrait of the profession?", With the will to assess and discuss whether or not the representation that is made of nursing from the media, film or audiovisual industry corresponds to reality or tends to a biased and stereotyped view of the profession.
